Lord, Your perfect Word shows us that we are not saved by our good deeds, but that our faith results in good deeds. May Your Word bring conviction to the hearts of those believing that by their good deeds they will be saved; save them from believing these lies of the enemy. And yet we also pray that the disciples in Spain would be known because of the abundance of good deeds that comes from their faith. We ask these things in the name of Jesus.
17 So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless.
